PermaCELL is a new battery technology that replaces conventional batteries (AA, AAA, C, D, 9V) in most electronic devices. The PermaCELL battery-like components are specially designed to be energized at all times through an equally specially designed and calibrated PowerCELL counterpart.

There are 2 types of PermaCELL batteries: MASTER batteries and SLAVE batteries.
No matter the number of batteries required in a device, there should always be 1 and only one MASTER battery in any device.
SLAVE batteries complement the MASTER battery in devices requiring 2 or more batteries, filling up the battery compartment.
